How do I change my password?
Go to your Account Settings, click on "Change Password", enter your current password and your new password, then click "Submit" to save the changes.
How do I update my payment method?
Navigate to Account Settings and select "Payment Methods". You can add a new payment method or update your existing one. Your changes will be saved automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings, select "Subscriptions", find the subscription you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Why is my video not playing?
Video playback issues can be caused by slow internet connection, browser compatibility, or technical issues. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a different browser. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
What devices are supported?
Livey supports modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile devices. We also have apps for most smart TVs.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Account Settings and update your email address in the "Account Information" section. You'll receive a verification email at your new address to confirm the change.
